This project was to design an outstanding piece showcasing and celebrating graduating seniors’ work in the Visual Communication Design department.

Concept Statement: The VCD graduating seniors have worked hard and put their all into their projects. To honor that hard work and growth, the theme of the publication is celebration. The composition is made up of pixelated staggered type and vibrant colors to illustrate the action of confetti falling.

The animation was a separate project but still related to the school. There were no parameters besides being under 30 seconds long and including the school logo in its horizontal orientation. I thought about the steps in the creative process to inspire the words and used the schools colors to experiment with animating script.
